This usually happens due to outdated software (scripts, applications or forms) installed on the website, which contain security holes fraudsters take advantage of. In order to avoid similar issues in the future (and in order to protect the information on your account),it would be advisable to deleted all the content on your website and re-upload it also update all software with the latest updates (or let us know we will delete and re-create your account so that you shall upload the fresh content).

Changing passwords or permissions alone or by restoring the backup would usually prove to be insufficient.

Nexus can offer development services, however, there would be considerable costs due to the development hours required for such tasks.
