We are happy to announce the launch of our new Improved Support System.

There have been many many changes to the code and SQL schema to improve correctness, stability, logging, and performance.

The speed is currently 600% or more faster, supports greater features for searching/viewing/sorting tickets, more efficient layout and design in gui for staff, several improvements to ensure tickets do not get "lost in the shuffle".

Many more improvements will be made as I work to make the ticket system the best it can be, and your suggestions are very welcomed.
