Outlook Mail Account Configurations

NNGMS Email Account outlook settings should be as below.

POP3 Settings:

Incoming Mail Server: mail.YourDomain
Port Used: 110

SMTP Settings:

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.YourDomain
Port Used: 25 OR 2525

Note: Kindly authenticate your above-used SMTP server. For Outlook follow the below procedure.

1. Go into your account properties.
2. Click on the "More Settings" button.
3. Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab and do check the check box of "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication
4. SSL encryption option should be auto.


Moreover, go into your "Advanced tab" and increase "Server Timeout" to 4 minutes.

If you have receiving issue then use one of these theses ports.
Incoming mail server ports: 995/143/993/110
If the issue does not resolve then change the port from another.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have to send an issue then use one from these ports.
Outgoing mail server ports (SMTP): 467/587/465/2525/25
If the issue does not resolve then change the port from another.
